At our practice, we believe that getting support should feel comfortable and accessible. Below is a quick overview of our session rates:
Rates
Licensed Clinicians
- Initial & 60-minute sessions: $180
- 45-minute follow-ups: $155
Associate Therapists
- Initial & 60-minute sessions: $120
- 45-minute follow-ups: $100
Student Interns
- Initial & 60-minute sessions: $60
- 45-minute follow-ups: $50

Using Insurance
Many of our services may be covered by your insurance or employee benefits plan. Most of our therapists are in-network with Cigna and Aetna, and our fully licensed clinicians are also in-network with BCBS of Texas and traditional Medicare.
Please note: A diagnosis is required for insurance reimbursement, and not all plans cover couples or family counseling.
Also, many insurance companies operate under different names or have subsidiaries that may not be listed on your card. The truth is — we won’t know exactly what your insurance covers until we check.
That’s why we’re happy to handle the insurance verification process for you. No need to sit on hold or try to decipher confusing benefits language — we’ll do the legwork and let you know what’s covered.
Please keep in mind that insurance verifications are not a guarantee of payment. Final coverage and reimbursement decisions are made by your insurance company.
Scheduling & Consistency
We understand that life is busy, and mental health care works best when it’s consistent. That’s why we do our best to get you set up with a regular appointment rotation, either weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and preferences.
If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, we totally get it—life happens. We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting to be seen.
To help keep things running smoothly and fair for everyone, if appointments are rescheduled frequently, we may need to adjust your rotation schedule. We’ll always communicate with you openly about this and work together to find the best solution.
Payment Options
We want things to be as easy as possible. We accept:
- Cash
- Checks
- All major credit cards
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee (up to $150). The more notice, the better—it helps us open up that spot to another client who may need support.
