Rates
Our fully licensed clinical staff charges $170 for the initial session and any one-hour sessions. We charge $145 for any follow-up 45-minute sessions. Our associate therapists offer a reduced rate of $110 for the initial session and any one-hour sessions and $90 for the 45-minute follow-up sessions. Our student interns offer a rate of $55 for the initial session and any one-hour sessions and $45 for any 45-minute follow-up sessions.
Insurance
Some services may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most of our clinicians are in-network with Cigna Insurance. Our fully licensed clinical staff are also in network with BCBS of Texas and Aetna but would be considered “out of network” on most other insurance plans. We will be happy to work with you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Please note: Insurance companies require that a diagnosis is provided in order to seek reimbursement. Not all insurance companies cover couples or family counseling.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
