Rachell is our Client Care Coordinator, and she’s really good at what she does. With over four years of administrative experience and six years in customer service, she knows how to help people navigate the details while making them feel genuinely welcomed and supported.
What Rachell Does
Rachell handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the practice running smoothly – scheduling appointments, managing communications, coordinating with insurance, and making sure clients have what they need. She’s detail-oriented and solution-focused, which means when challenges come up (and they do), she figures out how to handle them efficiently.
But more than her organizational skills, what makes Rachell great at her role is how she connects with people. She understands that reaching out for help takes courage, and she treats every person with respect and care. Whether you’re calling for the first time or you’ve been a client for years, Rachell makes sure you feel heard.
Who Rachell Is
Outside of work, Rachell spends quality time with her close circle of family and friends and draws inspiration from being in nature. She brings that same warmth and positive energy to her work at Lake Conroe Counseling Center.
