Hanna Garcia believes that getting help shouldn’t come with administrative headaches. As Business Manager at Lake Conroe Counseling Center, she works to make sure that dealing with billing, insurance, and logistics doesn’t add to the stress our clients are already carrying.
Hanna handles the financial side of our practice—processing insurance claims, managing payments, and keeping records straight. She knows that navigating insurance can be confusing and frustrating, so she aims to make it as painless as possible. When clients have questions or concerns about billing, she’s the one who picks up the phone and works through it with them. Her approach is straightforward: if something’s unclear, she’ll explain it. If there’s a problem, she’ll help solve it.
Beyond billing, Hanna manages our marketing and social media presence. She shares mental health resources, updates about our services, and content that connects with our community. She wants people to know what we offer and to feel like mental health support is accessible, not intimidating. For Hanna, marketing isn’t about selling—it’s about letting people know help is available when they’re ready for it.
What drives Hanna is seeing the practice run smoothly so our therapists can focus entirely on their clients. She takes pride in handling the details that make a difference—whether that’s resolving a billing issue quickly or creating a post that reaches someone who needs to see it. Outside the office, Hanna paints as a way to blow off steam and express her creative side. She’s also handy and not afraid to tackle tough projects—the kind of person who’ll figure out how to fix or build something rather than wait for someone else to do it.
